Food is great but service is consistently horrible.
USED to be my favorite restaurant to go to. Not any more. Will never go back. Last time we went there, we had a hard time getting drink refills. And we think the server must have taken a break after he served us our food. We went to Rembrandt's also and had poor service there as well. We watched one of the servers clean off a table by wiping crumbs off onto the floor just using her hand. Saw a lot of non-patron's come in just for the bathroom.
I love love Tony's Pasta because of their Gluten Free options. However, I tried to call so that I could place a To Go order and got the message that they don't take call ahead and it basically hung up bc I didn't want to leave a message. Then I called back got the operator and she took my name and number and said someone would call me. Well 30 minutes has passed and no one has called. I never received a call back ... My husband and I love Tony's. The food and service have always been excellent. I used to work at the Southern Belle, and j would always recommend Tony's as a place people should check out before they leave town.
Best lobster ravioli ever. Love stopping here for a quick lunch when I am in town.
Favorite for pasta and anything that taste great. Whole family loves it.
Food and atmosphere was both very refreshing. .will definitely be back
