This is just a wonderful garage. Honest and low cost. and they know what they are doing! I have been a fleet manager and for many years I went only to the dealers for our Acuras and Infiniti. When the length of the trip and the cost of the service was finally too high, we tried local garages were OK, but as expensive as the dealers and who really weren't very good.

Can't beat the convenience to the Metro. If you need to rent a car while yours is down, Reagan National is one stop away and has car rental counters available. Tony's price and service were both quite reasonable and there was no attempt to skip on the diagnosis or to upsell work not needed. Another thing worth mentioning, although there is major residential construction nearby, the owner assured me that Tony's had no plans to sell or offers to buy out their business, so they will be around for the foreseeable future.

Mike, Ed and the owner's son, Tony make up a part of an exceptional crew at Tony's. Very professional, will not sell you what you do not need and every repair is done right at far less expense than the dealer or most shops. You can trust these guys! Family owned and operated and they stay in business by offering great customer service.I see a few negative responses on Yelp and I respect those judgements but it is not what I have found. Not only does Tony's have the best customer service (everyone is always so helpful and courteous, and Mike at the front desk walks me out to my car if I pick it up after sundown), but also it's convenient to drop off my car on my way to work, since the Braddock Road Metro stop is just 2 or 3 blocks away, and then pick it up on my way home. I get all my oil changes and safety/emissions inspections performed here!

I'm the daughter of a 40 year certified mechanic. I have always watched and listened to what he could tell me with regard to cars. This place always does right by me. They are helpful and not pushy. Taking my car in to the shop always leaves me anxious, but at least I know my car and I are in good hands. Thanks Tony's for always taking care of your customers!!
