Service was timely and work done right the first time. They could have started the state inspection I request and charged me for it, but told me (right away, before formally starting) when it was going to fail and need some in-depth, make-specific work from a dealer.

I first went to Tony's in 2013 and they did an amazing job, fixing my car. Their prices were better than other places I talked to, and they didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. I've since moved across town and earlier this year went to a dealership for repair work instead of Tony's. What a mistake! I was asked to buy parts that didn't even belong in my car, and frankly I didn't know better. We went to a Chev dealer that told us we needed all kinds of work done almost $2000 of work to fix our truck. We went in to Tony's and spoke with Mike! I explained everything to Mike and he told me let us take a look at the truck. They fixed the problem for $600. All of the other work that the dealer said needed to be done was not true!!! Needed the VA inspection on a car from 96 that I wasn't interested in sinking a lot of money in. The dealership came up with a laundry-list of things, at $2000+. Mind you, I had just had a lot of work done out of state before moving to VA, so I didn't buy it. Took it to Tony's as recommended by a friend.. I needed a new light bulb. Done. Definitely going to be my car place as long as I live in the area.

This is the best garage in the metro area period. Best value, best service, expert repairs. There is a reason why people drive hundreds of miles to have their cars serviced at Tony's....Excellence!! Bravo Tony!

Mike, Ed and the owner's son, Tony make up a part of an exceptional crew at Tony's. Very professional, will not sell you what you do not need and every repair is done right at far less expense than the dealer or most shops. You can trust these guys! Family owned and operated and they stay in business by offering great customer service.

Not only did Tony s fix my Jeep in ONE DAY, but they also did it for $1100 less than what Ourisman wanted for the work! They were very professional, answered all of my questions, and were always courteous and easy to deal with. This is my new go-to garage for ALL of my vehicle needs! I would like to send a HUGE thanks Jerry and the guys at Tony s Auto Service for making this experience much much easier!

My second trip to Tony's since moving to the DMV was for a brake job and power steering issues... these things happen when you drive a 10-year-old car... but I digress. I was once again impressed with the courtesy, speed and professionalism of everyone I interacted with, both in person at the shop and on the telephone.
