Living in Florida, there are certain things you would never know about your car. Came here after having a bad experience at Capitol Hill Auto Service close to Eastern Market. They were trying to upsell me literally $2K of repairs after I brought my car in for an oil change. Tony took me immediately, and he was communicative (calling me often about status of job and what he advises the car needs), and straightforward. I called to get a quote on an Oil Change. The guy I spoke to asked me questions surrounding the Mindel and year of my vehicle. I told him that I need a standard oil change and he proceeded to tell me that I needed a synthetic oil change. I told him that I know what my car needs and has been getting since I purchased it.
