The worst Dr. I have ever had. Totally agree with all the 1 star rating as to her bedside manner. Would not meet with me to discuss any of my concerns when requested even though her follow up letter to me said she would be happy to do so. When I told that to the receptionist she told me "Oh Dr. Hall just electronically signs those letters." When I insisted, the receptionist told me she would relay that. Receptionist called back and stated Dr. Hall did not want to meet with me.
Horrible bedside manner. Very disrespectful and seemed to enjoy demeaning me. I was speechless, for I have never been treated this way by a doctor before, and I am the nicest person you will ever meet. This is my first ever review, but felt it necessary for others.0
I had a bad experience w/ Dr. Hall. She rolled her eyes at my questions and her body language was disrespectful. She didn't answer my questions satisfactorily and made me feel as if I didn't know my own body and I was wrong. She brushed off my reactions to the medications as unimportant. The additional medications she claimed to have submitted to my pharmacy never got there. I do not recommend her as a doctor if you don't fit into her book knowledge of standard GI problems.
Dr. Tonya Hall was very inappropriately angry with my primary care and took it out on me and called me rude. She didn't look at or address me, but instead talked to my mom as if I wasn't there. I would not recommend her to anyone.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Hall to family and friends.
