I read some poor reviews before going in to my appointment today, and I’m honestly surprised. I found Tonya and her team to be very kind and knowledgeable. Tonya listened to all of my concerns and came up with a plan for me that was cost conscious (which I appreciated!). She told me to message her anytime on the portal if I have any questions or concerns, and even gave me some samples as a “backup” in case I needed to add a bit more to my regimen. I've been seeing Dr. Hall for over two years now. The one time I realized I was going be late to an appointment, I called and to let them know I was stuck in traffic & Dr. Hall was happy to see me when I arrived. If you want courtesy, you need to give it. In my experience, Dr. Hall has always been caring, taken time to listen to me, she explains my condition as well as test results and medications clearly & makes sure I understand, and never rushes through my appointments. Awful experience. I was 12 minutes late for my first appointment with her due to a very bad accident on 395. The receptionist did not greet me. She said “Your appointment was for 3:30”. I explained about the accident. She said she would go check to see if Dr Hall would still see me. She came back out and said “She will not stay late.” Stay late?
