Dr. Hall has been my GI doctor for many years. She’s knowledgeable, willing to explain conditions/recommendations and is always willing to address concerns and questions. She’s very personable and easy to talk to and visits have always been positive experiences.
This was my first visit, and it went really well. Dr Hall is very personable and she explained the whole process thoroughly, then answered any questions that I had. I was impressed by how smoothly the visit had gone.

My appointment was both informative and concise, the people I talk to were pleasant and seem to have my best interest at heart
Dr Hall listens to me, suggests test to help her diagnose my issue and creates an effective plan of treatment. She is caring and very up-to-date on the newest treatments.

helpful office staff but Dr. Tonya Hall is a very rude and dismissive provider. Talks down to patients. Overly pushy about certain medicine samples to an extent where I assume she gets some sort of kick-back. complains to patient about having to give PA on drugs. does not seem compassionate to patient care not does she deliver good care.
Dr. Hall was very pleasant and thorough. She related well to me and knew my history. She treated me like a friend.
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the way this situation was handled. Instead of addressing the issue directly, the responsible individual failed to take action and made the disabled person come into the office to tell me the task was incomplete. Dr. Hall blamed the person who made the call without resolving the matter. When I emphasized the urgency of obtaining clearance on time due to my search for a new cardiologist, I was accused of displaying an inappropriate tone and attitude.
