Had my first office visit with Dr. Tony Wang the day after Christmas at the N. Ashwood office and from start to finish it was great. The front office ladies were friendly and kind and checked me in fast as I was super early due to the rain and not knowing where I was going. Janette, Dr. wangs nurse got me in early and was super friendly and chatted with me for a bit letting me carry on which I appreciated. Dr Wang is a great pain management Dr. Him along with his staff team, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, I was so scared, but right when I stepped into that procedure room him and his staff were on it making sure I was informed of everything that was taking place... I felt literally nothing, that's how wonderful he is, I highly recommend him to anyone who is nervous about going to pain management or just as a doctor...He is A 5 hands down... Thank you To Dr. Wang and his staff for a wonderful experience...
This is one of the most compassionate and professional doctors I have had the pleasure to see in a long time. He did cortisone shots in my back and walked me through the entire procedure, then talked to me as he did everything and treated me so wonderfully. He is the best! Thank you so much!
Horrible patient service. NO one ever calls back. They use a central calling center you cannot reach the actual office. They will not confirm that records are recieved. They will not tell you when records will br reviewed. Until this happen you cannot make an appointment. Do not waste your time. Find another doctor with a better staff and better patient services department. Good luck.
Dr. Wang is a very intelligent man. I trust his judgment and he put his clients health first. He's understanding and he's also very upfront and honest.
