Staff was friendly and. Got me in. Toke about 1 hour to get an oil change issue I had was sticker shock. A oil change nothing more was requested cost me $104 - I used to paying in $60-70s range.
I had received a Ford Recall for a minor issue. Serra Ford did an excellent job of scheduling my repair, keeping me informed, and sending me on my way. Very Professional.
