I only wish I had seen these reviews before I had hired them! A couple of hours work for him and his buddy ended up costing me over three thousand dollars and only a few dollars of parts. That is to snake a sewer line and then pump the septic tank. Very disappointed.

Called them for a stopped up sewer line. They jetted the line through a clean out my husband had opened up prior to their arrival. They then proceed to tell us the jetter they had was not long enough (75' or 100' - there were two of them and they each had their own opinion as to the length). We were also told they could come at the clog from the other direction if we had sweeps that were bi-directional, but ours were not. This was incorrect information. I think they are excellent .Needed them in an emergency and they where there within the hour and fixed the problem.

What this customer does not realize is that you have to take both covers off heater ck both outlet points for both elements and ck the connections for hot and cold and then ck temperature on water heater and also ck pressure on house to make sure the pressure reducer is working properly then you can determine if the heater is not leaking. I have taken my car to a mechanic to see why a light is on on my dash the mechanic plugs in his computer and diagnoses the problem he charges for this. It's not free. Service call with Tony's , Expected to pay overtime rate. Called at 4pm. Plumber on site by 4:30, Took 11/2 hrs. Billed for emergency call. $565.00 Will never use them again!

I would not recommend Tony's Plumbing after my recent experience after contacting them for service on what I thought was a leaking hot water tank. I have a rental cabin in Blairsville, and called Tony's Plumbing for service after guests reported water on the floor near the hot water tank. They were prompt; however, the problem wasn't the hot water tank, but the condensation drain on the A/C next to the tank was plugged and leaking on the floor.
