On nov 8th out of all restaurants I've been to across Canada and the United States and being a faithful customer for 26 years NEVER EVER had I had met such an unprofessional owner and manager. I'm still shocked and upset about the ordeal when my family was making suggestions to change suppliers about bountiful beef ribs since there were very little meat on the bones or bring it to suppliers attention. Service was poor. Very quite but my order came out wrong. Server was not very attentive. I can see why business is slow.
We celebrated a friend's birthday here and everything was great. Lunch is available until 4pm and proces are resonable.
I picked up my ribs, and when I got home they were burnt. I called to let them know, and I was told they would give me an order if fries. Manager was to call me back but never did. Is it worth losing a customer for $30
