Atmosphere was terrible. Its really loud, and we got stuck by the kitchen/dishes area. The loud clinging dishes and cart racing past us sent me running.
Long wait, food just O.K., service was terrible and wouldn't honor check in special of free desert with paid entree!
Rude service, subpar food. I won't be back!
Pass this place up at all costs, the 8.99 prime rib is not worth it, and the vegetable medley was right out of a can. We won't be back.
Excellent service. Very fast to seat all 4 of us! Food was fall off the bone tender. Super friendly staff and servers! Okay prices.
Horrible service. Girl who refilled our water was better than our waitress, Pam. Waitress charged my debit 3 times and 5 days later, I'm STILL waiting for refund. Mgr Vic just keeps making excuses.
Waited 15 minutes to get seated bc our server was late to work. We had to ask to sit and wait in our booth. We're still waiting to put in our order. The food better be good.
The horseradish doesn't eff around.
Breakfast is included with a Riverboat Twilight trip.
