I never expected my home to be sold so fast! Tony and his professional team were there with answers to any questions I had. He sold my home within a few days of signing! If you want to sell your property quickly Tony is your guy. He was honest and upfront throughout the process. He priced my house right and it was contingent 2 days after being listed with 6 offers with a 30 day close. Throughout the whole process Tony's attention to detail was evident. Tony is the reason we were able to get our house. Without his help we would have never been able to overcome our biggest obstacle: the sellers. There were repair issues that were being delayed on the part of the seller and Tony stepped in and got it to happen. Additionally, we were able to close without having to extend our lock. Tony really made my first time home purchasing experience a LOT smoother than what I feared it would've been. I always get anxious with paperwork, contracts, etc. and he made the process easier for me to handle.
