Tony is awesome, bought a house and made a friend! Helped secure a deal on a house in this competitive market without overpaying or going above asking price. Tony understands the market and offering strategy without pressuring or rushing the clients. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable and Tony helped us every step of the way to include financing. We were deciding between Tyler and another realtor. After viewing the marketing Tyler did on a different listing and comparing his and the other realtor's average number of days on the market, we chose Tyler. He communicated all showings and comments made about the property. We had a contract pending within 2 weeks and closed a month later. Tyler also emailed us regularly as to where we were in the process prior to closing.

Tony was absolutely amazing! We were hesitant to sell in fall before the holidays but needed to sell fast because we had already found our dream home. He gave us recommendations and we made some last minute updates around the house and we received an offer on day one, over asking price!! The process was seamless and we couldn’t be happier! He’s quick to respond, and believe me, we had lots of questions. He does his research and he knows the market. Tony is the best!

Dealing with Tyler was a wonderful experience! His knowledge, and real estate expertise really showed.
