Andrew and Jeremy from Tony Kelly spent all day (8/8/23) installing my new AC and Air Handler. They called first to let me know they were on their way. When they left everything was working, and cleaned up after the job. Two pleasant and professional young men who worked hard in the heat.
I just got a new unit installed today 2/14/2023 Kevin and Abraham did a great job! Very professional and very polite. I highly recommend using these guys when you get a new unit.
They came out and went above and beyond while replacing our small A/C unit. It took them two days and they stayed late both nights to make sure they finished in a timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves, were very respectful, etc.
Today I had one of the best service calls I have ever experienced. I am a 75 year old senior citizen so I have had many service techs in my time. Trey, and his helper Shiver, were outstanding . I have two units in my home. One was not cooling. Trey diagnosed the problem quickly, told me what was needed to repair it and provided pictures to validate his findings. Jonathan, Roberto, JT and Clayton just replaced my old system with a 4 ton YZT condenser and 5 ton air handler, no easy task because they had to manually lift the roughly 400 pound condenser over another condenser to get it into position. That's a hundred pounds each without a swear word at any time of the day.
