The mark I'm giving Tony is a reflection of the overall experience of working with him on the implementation of his designs, which was horrible and stressful. If you're looking for a designer only, then strangely enough I'd recommend the guy. Just get somebody else to do the work. Tony's original designs were very good, but because he wouldn't give us an idea of cost they were way out of our budget.
