Does not return phone calls. Bad customer service! We have been with State Farm for several yrs.... crazy how it takes one bad agent to ruin a good insurance company!

WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. WOULD NOT ANSWER MY CALLS OR RETURN CALLS. SIMPLE TASK OF CHANGING TO MONTHLY PAYMENTS WAS SUCH A PROBLEM FOR THEM.
