Dr. Washington is so amazing. I really feel like I have a partner in my health with her. My sister sees her also. You won't be disappointed. I'm not sure what is going on with the low reviews.
Doing this review for my mother who is a patient. But I am now moving her to another PCP. My mother has high blood pressure and diabetes. She has tried soooo many times to reach someone. Leaves messages with no return call. It’s been 3 weeks now and still no response. She doesn’t have her diabetes medicine and is in need of them . But nothing. I will say that mother loved Dr. Washington but it’s very frustrating when you can’t get a hold of anyone to call you back, be it front desk or Dr.
Ms.Washington was very informative and comforting. I will be back
It is really difficult to get a return call from this office . You have to call several times just to get a response from a doctor. It is very frustrating! I Believe me this has happened more then once since going to Dr. Washington. I do believe it is time to get another doctor.
