Very irratated...$640 later and Celeste Robbins hair is still messed up. I am more angry then words can say with Toni and Guy. After hearing the cost on the telephone for our colorist describing what we had and wanted, THEN...after going in person and getting a detailed consultation with a picture of hair color and that colorist quoted the same price and process again $300-350 again, also for the same person we would use the next day and on the day of the appointment, in person, there and ready to go the person to do it aske... read more
