I had been relatively happy with the dentist. But one time I had cancel because it was dangerously cold out. The receptionist suggested sarcastically that I might be better off waiting until summer just case it gets cold again. The rude sarcasm didn’t go over well with me.

This Dentist sucks. She stopped taking the state insurance. She is money hungry just like all the other Dentist. She is a black Dentist is oakpark catering to the Caucasian clientele. Smh! She use to take state insurance. Now she is too good for state insurance. Shame on you!! Money obviously moves this Dentist instead of caring about her patients. This Dentist sucks!!

I have been going to Dr. Young for over 20 years. While her office is no frills, her professionalism is consistent. She referred my mom to a specialist when her dental concerns were out of her area of expertise. I will stick with her until she retires.

The office is very dated with equipment from the eighties. There is no dentist assistant to help the dentist which make visits and procedures lengthy. Shots are painless, which is quite pleasant. Parking is available on the side of the office. Pleasant music is played throughout. A pleasant personality, my dental work consisted of a crown and four fillings. So far the crown is okay, but the fillings were poorly done. She left work undone. Not much attention to detail. Tread lightly.

Dr. Young is professional and proficient. The office is clean and comfortable. I have never had to sit long in the waiting area before an appointment and have never had to wait in the chair. This practice is simple and sufficient. My kind of dentist! :-)
