Dr. Tong probably wrote these two other reviews himself because my 2 year old son and I waited in his child unfriendly waiting room for 30 mins. beyond our appointment time. His staff (specifically the goofy fat white boy) were incosiderate and rather rude. I would only recommend him to someone as a joke.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them.
