I was highly impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment after I saw how attentive they were to my child. Being new to the area, I was concerned that I'd be able to find a good opthalmologist to treat my 3 young sons, who all have eye issues. I have never been more pleased with a medical office, from getting set up as a new patient right down to the exam experience, Dr. Tong's office is top notch. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The waiting room here is spacious.
