there's a new restaurant in town by raleys,, that is hands down much better than the oroville tong fongs
Good food but I don't recommend the sweet and sour pork/chicken, it's too mushy. Their location in Chico is absolutely delicious.

It really was not that good. I have had it in the past and it was excellent but the rice and chow mein tasted the same and not great.
