I have a soy allergy and they fry my sweet pea beef on garlic oil. I love how they make you feel so welcome and they are always refilling your water glass. They have great food and awesome customer service. Yes I tell everyone about Charlie's. Good eats great conversation and awesome service. Thank you for for being here.
Hands down THE BEST Chinese food I've ever had!! My parents live in Oroville and we definitely make it a point to eat at Charlie's at least once when we're down to visit. Authentic food, generous portions and great staff!!!
