This is a very local restaurant, owned by generations of the same family, it is very busy with good, quick food. My favorite is the coconut shrimp and walnut salad with the sauce on the side.
Good food and good atmosphere and good service. I highly recommend this place to anyone and prices are reasonable too.

I am a loyal Tong Fong Low customer. Eat at either Chico or Oroville locations 2-4 times month to the tune of $50 plus a trip, because we love your food and the left overs. Tried to grab a quick bite tonight at the Chico location, showed up at 8:40, you say you are open until 9:00. "Sorry but carry out only." What that tells me is your business and staff are too lazy and too eager to leave. If your sign says open until 9:00 then you are open until 9:00.
