Made an appointment for my husband for a Lasik eval and stated I wanted the location on Nacogdoches since its close to home and repeated myself multiple times and they made the appointment but the dingbats at this place obviously don't know what they are doing. I get a phone plus 3 text messages reminding me of the appointment, show up and the girl is blabbing on about them not having had lunch yet blah blah blah which thisbwas nothing to do with us and after het making calls and pointing fingers they tell us they don't do L... read more

I was not seen by Tomy Starck but a different doctor. I had a corneal abrasion that did not heal properly. I was in pain when I went in and in even more pain when I left. I had originally gone to an ER for my problem and was given numbing eye drops and antibiotic eye drops. Unbeknownst to me, I should not have been given these numbing drops as it cause the abrasion to improperly heal. This was not my fault. I called and ask if anything could be done about the pain and they refused to do anything about it unless I could tell ... read more
