Perfect customer service! My best experience in decades. Every staff member knew what they were doing & did it well. I did prefer this location, over the one off of I10.

I had to come here after my routine eye exam wasn't so routine. The staff here is great Cody Harrison was wonderful. I still don't have a definitive answer but it's a work in progress. My only complaint that's I switched so many nurses and doctors. I explained myself over and over and I just want a clear answer but it's all in time i guess

My problem is the wait time for your appointment. That office is the one that sets the appointment time. It takes me an hour drive from out of town to get there and then I wait for an hour after my appointment time for the 2nd time. This was the case last year. My time is just as valuable as your's and I expect the same courtesy of you being on time as I am on time!!!!

Two weeks ago I could have started forest fires with my glasses I was so nearsighted. I also had a cataract and a scleral buckle. I could see everything 1/4" from my nose and not much else. This morning I see 20/20 in both eyes. I learned my living room has white walls, not beige and the grey walls in my office are bright blue. Headlights on cars no longer look like the twinkling star of Bethlehem. You are a miracle worker Dr. Starck! I am eternally grateful! Dr. Tomy Starck and his staff are excellent. From my first appointment they did a thorough exam of my eyes and it turned out for laser surgery I only needed for them to do one eye. They patiently answered all of my questions and there was no sales pressure which allowed me to make the decision that was best for me. The recovery was fast and saw the improvement in my vision immediately. I highly recommend going to Ultra Vision.

I used to love this place after I got lasik and have been coming to Ultravision for follow up routine eye exams for several years. All of a sudden this year they will no longer honor my insurance claiming that my contract says I must pay for routine eye exams out of pocket even though my insurance covers this and has for years with UltraVision who is considered an in network provider.
