This shop is great in every aspect. They always pull through for me when I break my bike one day before a race. I hate to be that guy who needs it fixed ASAP but they always get everything done faster and better than Anyone would expect. There mechanics are top notch to say the least. Everyone of there staff will always point you in the best direction for your needs which is refreshing compared to a lot of shops now a days. They stock everything you would ever need and all there staff knows the products inside and out.
Best bike shop around. They bailed me out in the last minute before three of my triathlons this year. All minor repairs, but still it was greatly appreciated. Fastest bike split in all three, couldn't of done it without their support.
Tomten keeps me rolling on my commute to and from work. Thank you!

The owners and staff of Tomten are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind. I foolishly leaned my bike against the front of my truck while I was clearing out the shed. When my wife took off in the truck to run errands, the bike met an untimely death. With several hundred more miles to ride in a fundraiser, I was a little stressed (and bummed because I loved that bike!), I went to Nate and the team at Tomten, where I’d bought the bike several years ago. I walked in today asking about bike maintenance classes because I was clueless. (I know, I am a bit slow!) They did not have any scheduled but proceeded to work with me for an hour showing me the ins and outs of tire repair and making sure I was equipped to ride solo even as the store proceeded to get busy. They went above and beyond and have earned a loyal customer. Thank you!
