Fair price, and excellent service. They did not try to push me into a more expensive bike, and they did not even attempt to up sell me on knick-knacks. I appreciated that. Go in, be honest with them, and they will help guide you through this purchase. :-D
Just visited Tomten to pick up my bike. They were very accommodating and conscientious about getting my bike done in time for my trip. I can't thank them enough. Nathaniel, the owner, was amazing! He provided great advice on some new bikes my friend is looking into.
Great to have helpful and knowledgable staff to service your bike. Nice place. Even have a stationary riding space to try out new bikes. Cool.

Stopped in for some advice about Helmets (realizing as I walked in it was just 5 minutes before close) and the staff were all very helpful, patient, and professional. I apologized when I realized they were closing and they said not to worry and to take my time, they proceeded to help me try on a number of different helmets until I found one that had the right fit and price and I never felt rushed.
