No longer able to run due to bad knees, I'm a newbie to the cycling world. Got my first road bike last weekend at Tomten. The staff were great as they fit me to the bike and helpful in showing me how to ride. Yesterday, we brought in 3 bikes to be serviced. Thanks, Nate and all! I'm enjoying my rides!
Here's what I lived. I brought my kids bikes for repair and they were fast but committed to being sure the bikes were absolutely safe. Just what a mom wants!
Brought my Fatboy in for BB noise the other day and was not disappointed. They did a great job, got it back to me earlier than promised and the price was very reasonable. It's always nice dealing with a LBS that is professional, courteous and cares about the little guy.
Wonderful experience working with all the staff. Love the new bike and very happy with the complete experience
Everyone at Tomten is GREAT! Can't wait for the "Opening Day"!
