My son got a bike here June 13th and within 10 days the brake assembly fell apart while he was riding and I called the store and they said oh you didn’t purchase a warranty so we would have to charge you to put it back together. Sorry but Not paying for a bike repair within less then 30 days on a bicycle that he got for $450 I think that’s poor customer service bikes should be guaranteed for the first 30 days with free repairs within those first 30 days. I will never do business here again

I took an old bike there looking for a spoke wrench because I knew the wheels were out of whack. They looked the bike over and gave me an estimate for restoring the bike. I haven’t yet decided if I’m going to go ahead with the work. Before giving the bike back to me, the technician put the spoke wrench to both wheels and fixed them for me. I know one thing for sure — if I decide to restore the bike, it will be going back to Tomten Biketown. The could’ve just given me my bike back the way it was — but they went the extra mile... read more
Zach, Nate and one other gentleman (I can’t remember his name, sorry!) were SO knowledgeable, patient and helpful! Extraordinary service. I am a novice, at the very best, bike rider and they walked me through everything!
