Very much regretful for not keeping my business at CarMax. Bought a newer truck with low miles. Then at time of payment I signed and received only 1 set of keys, found the gas tank so low I had to fill up just to get home, and cruise not working at all. And that was after waiting about 45 minutes until the financial guy got done chatting with his buddy. Still working on the cruise issue, about 390 dollars in. Todd Landis sold me 2 vehicles, 1 for my son and 1 for me. It was a great experience. My vehicle had 2 small problems but they made them right. Todd steered my son away from a couple of vehicles that had lots of problems. Great people to deal with. Great vehicles.
They are awesome people to work with, they we're very patient with me I just test drove several trucks and picked out the right one they're awesome guys to work with I highly recommend if you're looking for a car or a truck to stop by one of Tom's lots and see what he has
Great prices especially if you need to finance. They will work with you and your accommodations. This was the second time doing business with them.
