Went here after hearing rave reviews only to be more than a little disappointed. Staff is friendly, but I was told my wedding dress would be ready on July 10th (today is the 14th), I had to call THEM to see what the status was, and then was told it would be another 10 days. My wedding is not long after that 10 days. Talk about unneeded stress. Let’s hope they pull through �.

Very disappointed. Took two blazers in to get dry cleaned and one altered on 12/15/17. After 2+ months later with no phone calls or any updates from them, I had to reach out to them on 4 separate occasions just find out that the one was altered, yet, both have not been dry cleaned. As a small business owner myself, I understand mistakes happen. Hey, I've missed appointments with clients, double-booked, etc...BUT, Having to; wait 2+ months for 2 articles of clothing, the service wasn't fully completed, and having to call them... read more
