Would not refund my best friend $75 to cover the cost of going to a new tailor when they charged $180 on her wedding dress. They messed up the bustle, caused a rip in the train, and had wrinkles after it was steamed. Absolutely terrible customer service and no empathy for brides. Mind you this happened a week before her wedding and they are extremely rude. STAY AWAY

From start to finish Luigi took wonderfully care of me and made the fitting and tailoring process very easy. The suit came out great and on time; the prices were comparable if not less than an off the rack suit from the other larger suit shops and this was customized exactly for me and by a small business. RecommendedCouldn’t be more thrilled with the service I received. I went here to have a bridesmaid dress altered. Only had like 17 days to work with. Despite, them being crazy busy the day I came in Tom pinned and marked up the dress and Luigi put me in to pick up the dress the week of the wedding. I was crazy nervous with how this was going to work because of my tight timeline but they nailed it out of the park in the midst of prom and wedding season.
