My wife took her wedding dress here and they charged her $180 to put a bustle in and steam it. When she picked it up and took it home, the bustle didn’t even hold because the dress was too heavy, it was wrinkled beyond belief and left a 6 inch rip in it. She called and asked for a refund because nothing was done correctly. When they refused to refund her, they got rude and unprofessional. My sister had her wedding dress altered and a bustle put on her dress. She brought the dress home and there was a tear in her dress and the bustle was not strong enough and kept coming undone. She had to take her dress to another trailer to fix what they had done wrong. She simply asked for a refund for them not doing their job correctly and they said no.
