By far the worst experience I’ve had with this company, they have never been eager to help whenever I stop by, but today took the cake. One of the assistant(who claim to be the owner) very rude over talked me and hung up on me while trying to explain what I needed. Called back and the manager he never apologized for the first guy and was just as rude. This business will never get another penny from me… below is all pictures of what I needed…
Customer service is very important. Would've made an easy $500 sale on a used product had the worker knew how to interact with people.
I bought a few things over the years from this place and they always do me right. They also always seem to have what I'm looking for which is cool.
