My last meal with Toms was not the greatest and the manager, who said her name was Amber, offered to send us a gift card to try to make the situation right. I never received it. I still recommend this place because they have great food at great prices but just know that sometimes it may not come as ordered. I’m disappointed by the situation but its still a good spot.
We love to come here for breakfast but when ever we come later in the day there is a guy that works in the lounge that ignores us every time. To the point where we have to get up and go into the restaurant side. We like to sit and watch the tv’s but when he is working we can’t. Today was the 3rd time this has happened. Guess we will only come for breakfast for now on. The morning girls are great. Friendly and on point.

A solid and tasty breakfast choice in the Portland area. I found the prices very reasonable and the food even better. I went with the traditional bacon and eggs and hash browns and an English Muffin and I was not disappointed. If you are looking for fancy or some sort of hip new take on breakfast than this is not for you. But if you are looking for a nice basic breakfast at a reasonable price than this is the place for you. I will be back.
A true diner. The portions are good I personally leave with a to-go box everytime. Riley and Laura are the best servers in town.
Great prices, and the service is always terrific.
