Tom's Dependable Heating and Cooling is indeed dependable and does an excellent job. He recently analyzed and solved a problem and did it on an emergency basis. I would highly recommend Tom's for service of existing furnaces and air conditioning units as well as installation of a new furnace or AC. He has done work both for us and for our son.

We first contacted TDHC (Tom's Dependable Heating & Cooling) for a repair of our existing furnace. After receiving quick, professional, knowledgeable repair service from Jamie, who also educated us on the options available with new furnaces, we decided to retain TDHC to replace our 30 year old system with a new Rheem 2-phase furnace, thermostat, air conditioner and Aprilaire humidifier. We’re in the middle of a snow storm and they still managed to be at my mother in laws house within 30 minutes when the heat went out. I can’t thank these guys enough! They seems kind and knowledgeable and the pricing is fair, if not better than fair.
How refreshing - an honest heating contractor!! Tom *****just cleaned and tuned two old furnaces - Bryant (20++ y/o) and Mueller-Climatrol (at least 60 y/o). Spent 1.5 hours, replaced one small part, charged $179 total for both units. Compare that to a few months ago another contractor charged over $200 for 40 minutes work just to replace a $30 thermostat.
