Awesome, customer Service! Several friends recommended Tom’s back when I needed a new furnace - and they were 100% spot on! Installation went flawlessly. Service over the years has been outstanding. Recently a heating outage (furnace is now 9.5 years old and had a faulty “gas check valve”) was handled under warranty and resolved expeditiously. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom’s to family and friends. You just can’t go wrong with Tom’s.

I have to give a shout out to.....Tom’s Dependable Heating & Cooling. Our furnace stopped working last Sunday, he came over licitly split got it going temporary and his crew was here first thing Monday morning and we have been toasty warm all week. I am picky about customer service and this company has it! Friendly, fast & fair priced they are 5 ⭐️ in my book!
