RecommendedI'm buying my 3rd vehicle from Tom's tonight. The service is great and have never had an issue with the vehicles just ready for a change. Dewey was great he called when he said he would and let me know as soon as the truck I wanted was on the lot.
So disappointed in this business. Test drove an Altima took to my mechanic to get checked out and the Service Engine light came on. Found out the catalytic converter needed replaced. Drove back to Tom's Budget Auto Sales and they said they would see if it was worth it to fix and would call me yesterday. No call, nothing. It is still listed,no price drop and no mention of this issue. Wonder if the check engine light is still on or if it got cleared. They preached honestly and do this. most of the vehicle that they have are way overpriced. when you ask questions about the vehicle you are interested in they don't know much, plus they talk down to you if you are female. within the first 24 hours of having a vehicle the service engine light came on, the brakes were squeaking and the radio started popping and crackling, it would scan through stations without stopping and I would have to turn it off and back on for it to stop scanning through stations, and then it wouldn't let me switch to other stations.
I bought my first car here, and the man who helped me did an amazing job. It was smooth and easy. If I could give more stars i would! Great people.

I have been looking for a used car for awhile now and nothing seemed to fit right. I went to Tom's Auto Sales and worked with Mr. Brian Applebee to find my perfect car. I walked away with a beautiful 1999 Isuzu Rodeo. While I was doing my test drive the check engine light came on and Tom's did not hesitate to offer to check and fix on the light. after buying a vehicle from this place for $15,000 I am now finding out that there are a lot of mechanical problems with the vehicle. so far I have spent $1,000 on the fixes. that's just the beginning. the front end needs torn out and put back together again. lights all need redone. it needs a complete brake job. I can go on and on. I'm actually wondering if this vehicle has been wrecked and it was a prior salvage. honestly thinking about suing this place. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
bought my Exterra here, have had nothing but problems since I got it. First was the bad battery, then it was bad connectors. Now today I find out that my radiator is bad from having a hole in it, all my rubber hoses have to be replaced because there is oil in my radiator and it ruined the hoses. this is not something that could be missed if the truck had been checked out before I bought it.
