On September 24, 2022 we purchased a blue 2001 F-150 From Toms Auto Sales “U Save Budget Lot”. Within less than 24 hours of returning home with the truck it was no longer starting properly. I called and spoke with Tom and he said that since it was an “As Is Lot” that he couldn’t do anything about it as well as the fact that we negotiated on a lower price for the vehicle. Dont fall for their " used car dealer sales tactics " make them fix the car BEFORE YOU sign paperwork because YOU will be stuck running around and paying for ALL repairs it will need .
I would not recommend this place at all The salesman practically pushed us out the door and had no interest in even helping us! If you're looking for a good car dealership where they actually want to find out what you're looking for and want to help you go to Willie's They are amazing and we just bought a car from them this Saturday since ( Tom's auto salesman) just wanted to push us out the door and not help us at all
The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Lot full of lemons. Purchased car that broke down a week after I bought it. They refused to do anything because I didn’t purchase a warranty. Terrible people terrible place.

Bryan Doorenbal was awesome to work with! He was not pushy and didn’t treat me dumb for not knowing much when I was alone the first night. He knew what we were looking for and what we wanted and he allowed me to test drive without any questions. The next night Larry came with me and Bryan was prepared and had the 3 SUVs ready and at the lot for us to test drive. Bryan was extremely polite and very pleasant to work with! We highly recommend him to everyone! Thanks Bryan!!
the salesmen should be friendly and help with finding the car for you.Bernie so rude to my friend. she was going to buy a car there but he changed her mind. Bernie must be tired he is rude. My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle and stumbled across Tom’s online. Man, are we happy we did. From the moment stepping on the lot, Shane and Collan were very attentive and listened to exactly what we wanted.
