Kevin and the staff are very courteous, professional and take pride in their work, I would highly recommend their services.
Their drivers are there not very courteous when they drive down the road you have to make sure you're not in their way they will cut you off the next time I won't hit my brakes
Poor communication. Started services without our consent. We did end up prepaying for the year of service once we came to a deal for rates and services. When they didn't uphold their end, we asked for a refund and they have yet to remit and are being quite condescending.

Maybe reviews should be for people who have actually used our service. Those reviews are 5 star. The 1 stars.....well everyone knows what kind of people leave 1 star. Especially when they have never been a customer.
They suck and mess shit up. They are always slow. And lastly complain way to much.
We have been working with Tompkins Lawn Care for over 10 years & they continue to impress us with their professionalism, quality of work & their support to make this community better! We highly recommend calling Kevin & his crew to see how they can help you with any of your lawn care or landscape needs.
