Took in our ski for service and it sat for 1 1/2+ months before even being seen! Not ONly did they update us with misinformation and lie to us about it being seen on numerous occasions, their slowness caused the warranty on the motor to expire! Tommy's Motorsports knew about the warranty expiration date and said since it was in for repair before the expiration date, that it would be covered under warranty. Great service and great people
We bought a new Kawasaki today , and we practically did it over the phone/online. Paul had it ready for me when I got there. The guys in the service dept, Jeremiah , and Paul were all exceptional. The prices on the machines are good, and you get an added bonus of customer service that will exceed your expectations. I am pleased that our search for a new machine is over, and looking forward to enjoying it with my family. Thank you guys!
