I dropped my Suzuki motorcycle off May 25th for a recall. Today, two weeks later, I am being told it will be another two weeks until the bike "may" be ready. I cannot recommend Tommy's. They have been telling me for two weeks the bike should be looked at soon. Clearly they don't care about customers. I am also contacting Suzuki about the issue.
These folks are fine people! Everyone was friendly! We are on vacation for our anniversary and our Highlifter broke down. They got us in and fixed the problem plus serviced our other Highlifter! Thank you so much, we really appreciate you!
Great friendly staff, huge inventory, had all the accessories i wanted in house and installed same day. Amazing service! Would recommend to everyone. I will definitely buy from them again.
Excellent inventory to choose from, great Service Department, everyone is extremely friendly and seems to care about you. We just purchased 2 Yamaha VX Limited Wave Runners. Was greeted by Tommy himself at front door and immediately he made Jean Ann and I feel welcome. 1st time ever there yet Tommy’s welcome made me believe I was a regular customer. My girlfriend left there that day with a new Slingshot and is very happy with it, plus Paul Day done an exceptional job as well. We’ll definitely be repeat customers.
