Happy to say the beer I got in my new Draft Tank made it to Alaska. So good.
Awesome pit stop on the way to check out the beautiful Colorado mountains. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. We sat as close to the brewing as possible and one of the guys actually took time out of his busy schedule and spoke with us (I had lots of questions since this was my first brewery experience). The duck sandwich was great, definitely recommend. Thanks for adding another wonderful experience to my Colorado trip.
As an ex employee of Tommyknockers I know what kind of food you can put out. The last two times I ordered take out food it was horrible. Tonight I ordered the fish and it was overcooked and mushy on the inside. My fries were undercooked and mushy as well. Hush Puppies definitely over cooked. Spoke with the woman manager on duty tonight and she offered to buy me a beer. Really? As a local and unsatisfied customer I found this very disheartening. Loved the food and beer. I had the Elk Burger the blueberry reduction was amazing on the Elk burger.

I stopped in and made a custom six pack on Wednesday night and the guy behind the counter acted like that was the first time anyone had ever done that.... Then I asked about the pine bough that was up at the Loveland ski resort and he had absolutely NO idea what that was. So he slapped the menu on the counter and said, "this is what we got." I like tommyknocker beer and was pleased to find the brewery my first stay in Idaho springs, but damn maybe your staff should know a little bit about your product.

The Buffalo burrito is amazing!!! They give a generous amount of Buffalo meat along with black beans. The homemade green chili is also amazing LOVE THIS PLACE!
