Incompetent & unethical After giving only 2 days notice of a hard cut off date for offers with proof of cash funds available and making buyers scramble to get letters from banks Tommy then accepted offers for a full week after the cut off for a bank owned property. As it turns out the last offer came in on a Saturday (when the bank was closed) and a decision was made Monday morning to accept the last offer with other buyers not having a chance to counter. amazingly enough the last offer was more than 10% higher than the aski... read more
