I was very impressed with Dr. Tommy Chen, he was so thorough.....and helpful, and efficient. I will recommend Dr. Chen to my friends if they need a dermatologist. Miss Mae that takes her of the front desk is very courteous and efficient too.....all an all a great dermatology office......Very impressed!

After 11 months and 4 incorrect diagnosis, I finally found Dr. Chen. He knew immediately what was going on and gave me treatment options. Dr. Chen was extremely reassuring that my condition can be treated and will clear. I wish I had gone to him sooner and saved myself time and money, and spared myself from taking so many unnecessary medications.
I had a facial procedure done. He was efficient and thoughtful meaning that he was focused on what needed to be done without wasting time. In addition, he was funny relating to how I felt. This is the first time I visited him. A skilled and personable physician is important to me.
I've been seeing Dr. Chen for over 4 years now. Very knowledgeable dermatologist and caring doctor. Highly recommend.
Dr Chen is a great doctor but his staff receptionist May is a nasty rude unprofessional lady who has ruined his reputation. She's a careless & ugly person. Dr. Chen needs to get rid of her & hire someone with work ethics. Get back your old staff Dr. Chen or hire someone who is considerate of your patients. As you are aware your patients is what makes your business not your unprofessional receptionist May.
Dr. Chen is a wonderful physician but his office staff has destroyed his reputation as a quality practice. They are rude, condesending and utlize fradulent billing and collection practices.
I highly recommend Dr Chen. Without knowing anything about my family history he knew what kind of skin type I had. He diagnosed a skin condition by using an old school slide & microscope (what the heck!) Via lab that would have taken days and additional cost.
Office staff terrible. Advertise that they accept Medicare but refuse to bill for services. Harassing phone calls. Totally inept office staff. Would give 0 stars if it was available.
