Not a slight against the shop but on their online booking system. I submitted a request for a beard trim, head shave, and a facial. Online was told it was all booked and the wait time was 55 mins. I showed up after 30 mins and was told they did not have a record of my booking and that they would not be able to fit me in and to come back tomorrow. I have three small children and it is very difficult to get away. I am very disappointed with the online booking and will not be going back to a Tommy Guns.
