Completely stupid you can’t make reservations; I’m only in town weekends two weeks ago tried the online checkin and had to wait over an hour for my Regular hair dresser decided to try my luck the next week and they weren’t working so today thought I’d be there 5 minutes before they opened trying to be first in line and there was over 5 people in front of me so I’d have more than a half hour wait and still not be able to have my regular hairdresser.
