Diane O'Cain Is incredibly unprofessional. I was put in contact with her by mistake while looking for a listing agent, she was a buyers agent, which I did not need, I told her this, and she wrote me a several paragraph nasty email about how I wasted her time, she tried to shame me, when all I did was tell her in three sentences that I found what I needed & she was not what I was looking for, her lead source was wrong. They lack of professionalism to the highest extent
Tommy handled the sale of my parents house. Even with it being an hour away, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Selling one’s childhood home can be frustrating, and even painful, but the sale was handled in such a manner that it made it a pleasant experience!
