I've been calling for the last 2 weeks every day trying to make an appointment; nobody picks up the phone; left several messages, no one called back. How am I supposed to make an appointment? They sold me their gift certificate, so now I'm stuck.

I purchased a deal for this and went in for the photos. they conned me into extra money for the makeup and hair artist for her time despite it being included and she did an awful job. Then at checkout they tried to make me buy a CD. I sure wish I had because now they're out of business and I have NOTHING to show for it.

They are no longer in business! I walk passed on my way to and from work and they now have signs on the door that the place is up for lease!

I got a Groupon special for this place for my wife and I (a couples massage). The two masseuses had no idea what they were doing - they seemed to lack professional training. They separated us into two rooms, at one point the masseuse was massaging my hand and was trying to do it against her crotch in a very awkward/forceful way...
