The owner, Ian, is very friendly and comes across as someone who genuinely cares about his customers. His staff are very polite and efficient and provide the same level of care when dealing with customers as well. They explained what type of glass we needed and more importantly, why we needed special glass. Their rates were very competitive as well. Would recommend them to anyone else.
